1. Order Processing Time / 订单处理时间

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM (UTC+8) will be processed on the next business day.

Peak Season Notice: During promotional events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Chinese New Year) or holiday seasons, processing time may extend to 5–7 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • ePacket is our default shipping method for lightweight packages (≤2 kg). It offers an affordable balance between cost and speed, with tracking available through your local postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail).

4. Shipping Costs / 运费标准

Our shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes / 关税、税费与清关

Important Notice for International Buyers / 国际买家重要提示:

  • All prices displayed on our website do not include any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees that may be levied by your destination country.

For orders to the European Union: VAT may be collected at checkout for orders below the EU import VAT threshold. For orders above, you will be responsible for VAT and any customs clearance fees upon delivery.

For orders to the United Kingdom: Orders under £135 may have VAT included at checkout. Orders over £135 are subject to customs duties and VAT upon import.

6. Order Tracking / 订单追踪

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email containing:

  • tracking number

  • A link to the carrier's tracking page

Tracking Status / 追踪状态说明:

  • Processing: Order received, being prepared

  • Shipped: Package handed to carrier, tracking number assigned

  • In Transit: Package en route to destination

  • Out for Delivery: Package with local carrier for final delivery

  • Delivered: Confirmed delivered by carrier

Please note: Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment, especially for ePacket shipments during peak seasons. This is normal.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages / 包裹丢失或损坏

7.1 Damaged Upon Arrival / 收货时损坏

If your package arrives visibly damaged or the contents are broken, please:

  1. Do not discard the original packaging — it is required for damage claims

  2. Take clear photos of the damaged package (including the shipping label) and the damaged item(s)

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [您的客服邮箱] with your order number and photos

We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or full refund (including original shipping cost) at no additional charge.

7.2 Lost in Transit / 运输途中丢失

  • If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.

  • If the package has not moved in tracking for more than 20 business days (or 30 business days for Standard Air Mail), please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier.

  • If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund (excluding original shipping cost for "lost in transit" claims).

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address / 地址错误或不完整

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea (due to international sanctions)

  • Russia, Belarus (due to current geopolitical situation and logistical restrictions)

10. Multiple Packages / 分批发货

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. For example, in-stock items will be shipped immediately, while backordered or pre-order items may follow separately. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information for each package.

All processing and delivery times mentioned in this policy are in business days unless explicitly stated as "calendar days".

12. Force Majeure / 不可抗力

We shall not be held responsible for any delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, pandemics/epidemics, government actions or regulations, customs delays, transportation interruptions, or postal/courier service disruptions.
