退款政策

1. Return Window / 退货期限

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

我们提供30天退货期,自签收之日起计算。超过30天的订单恕不退换。

 

2. Return Eligibility / 退货条件

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused – with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage

  • In original condition – including all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories

  • Hygiene seal intact (if applicable) – for crystal bracelets and jewelry items

退货商品必须满足以下条件:

  • 未佩戴、未使用 – 无任何佩戴痕迹、划痕或损坏

  • 原包装完整 – 包含所有原包装、标签、证书及配件

  • 卫生封条完好(如适用)– 水晶手串及饰品类产品的卫生封条/防拆标签必须保持完整

3. Non-Returnable Items / 不适用退货的商品

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., custom-sized bracelets, engraved items)

  • Items with hygiene seal removed or broken

  • Clearance or "final sale" items

  • Items damaged by the customer (wear and tear, accidental breakage)

以下商品为最终销售,不接受退货或换货:

  • 定制或个性化商品(如定制尺寸手串、刻字商品)

  • 已拆除或损坏卫生封条的商品

  • 清仓特价商品

  • 顾客人为损坏的商品(正常磨损、意外损坏等)

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items / 损坏、瑕疵或错发商品

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the damage/defect

  • A short video (if applicable) showing the issue

We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund at no extra charge.

5. Return Shipping Costs / 退货运费

For "change of mind" returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee (minimum $3) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover inspection, cleaning, and repackaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

因个人原因(不喜欢、不需要等)申请退货的,退货运费由买家承担。退款时将扣除10%的退货手续费(最低3美元),用于商品检查、清洁和重新包装。原订单的运费不予退还。

 

6. Return Procedure / 退货流程

Step 1: Contact us at [你的客服邮箱] with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Wait for our return approval and return shipping address (provided within 2 business days).

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all tags, certificates, and accessories.

Step 4: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Provide us with the tracking number.

Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the item (within 5–7 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method.

7. Refund Processing / 退款处理

  • Refund timeline: Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Partial refunds: We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the item is not in original condition (e.g., missing parts, damaged packaging beyond inspection requirements).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable for "change of mind" returns.

  • 退款时间: 收到并检查退货商品后,7-10个工作日内完成退款

  • 退款方式: 按原支付渠道退回(信用卡、PayPal等)

  • 部分退款: 若退回商品状态不符合原样(如配件缺失、包装破损超出检查所需范围),我们将根据实际情况保留部分退款的权力

  • 原运费: 个人原因退货的情况下,原订单运费不予退还

 

8. Exchanges / 换货

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item (following the return procedure above) and place a new order separately.

我们不提供直接换货服务。如需更换其他商品,请按上述退货流程退回原商品后,再重新下单购买。

 

9. Cancellations / 订单取消

  • Within 12 hours of placing the order: Free cancellation, full refund.

  • After 12 hours: Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

  • 下单后12小时内: 可免费取消,全额退款

  • 超过12小时: 若订单已处理或已发货,可能无法取消。请尽快联系我们
